Here at Journey House CAmpus ministry, you are free to...

Have doubts…

Ask tough questions…

Search for meaning and perspective…

Search for meaning and perspective…

Love whoever you love…

NOT be Methodist, Lutheran, or even CHRISTIAN…

Not having everything together…

Be yourself! All of yourself!

whether you are a single young adult, a young professional, grad student, spouse, parent, pet owner, or even just a proud plant caretaker.

When we say all are welcomed… we mean ALL are welcomed!
No conditions. No asterisks.

We offer both a traditional campus ministry program for students at UWRF and CVTC, and a Missional community/gathering for young adults in the area!

FOR PARENTS of College STudents at UWRF and CVTC...

Being a parent isn’t easy!

We know how much some parents worry about their children when they go off to college–especially the first time. That’s why we want to make sure you know that Journey House offers:

A BRAVE SPACE

Any and every student is welcome to come and to be their full, most authentic self. We work hard to create an environment where everyone experiences God’s love for WHO they are and not WHAT they do. And we empower them to take their full, most authentic self back into the world when they leave.

A PROGRESSIVE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY

A BELOVED COMMUNITY

We are unapologetic about who we are as a Campus Ministry rooted in the United Methodist and Evangelical Lutheran Church tradition. We take seriously the call and life of Jesus that challenges us to LOVE ALL!
Everyone has a seat at the table, but it will not come at the expense of someone else’s seat. Journey House is committed to be a space where students know they are cared for in whatever way they need, and we provide them opportunities to care for one another.

EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH

We challenge one another to grow in our faith, and this means we also are challenged to grow emotionally. Spiritual practices are essential to what we do at Journey House, and these include practices specifically helpful to equip students in emotional and mentally healthy ways.
